Teen Athletes
Teen athletes are individuals typically aged between 13 and 19 who participate in sports, competitions, or physical training. This group includes both boys and girls who may engage in organized sports at school, community clubs, or various athletic programs. Teen athletes may compete in a wide range of sports, including, but not limited to, soccer, basketball, swimming, track and field, gymnastics, and more. Engaging in athletics at this age can promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and resilience, as well as provide social interaction and opportunities for personal development. Additionally, many teen athletes pursue scholarships or collegiate sports careers, which can impact their educational trajectory and future opportunities.
